New supporting member: EPFL
We are delighted to announce that Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) has joined Open Knowledge Maps as a supporting member. EPFL is one of Europe’s most vibrant and cosmopolitan science and technology institutions. They are the second Swiss Federal Institute of Technology joining Open Knowledge Maps.
The EPFL Library provides access to scientific information, facilitates excellence in teaching and research, and promotes Open Science. Guilaine Baud-Vittoz, Head of Services for Education and Research at EPFL Library, outlines the reasons for becoming a member:
